For car owners, dealers and fleets
Shipping a vehicle shouldn't feel like a guess
You get a price before you give us a credit card, a carrier we've checked, paperwork you sign on your phone, and a link that shows where your vehicle is until it's delivered.

What shipping with us looks like
- 01
Price in a minute
Two ZIP codes, your vehicle, open or enclosed. The price range is calculated from driving distance and current carrier rates, not a sales call.
- 02
Confirm and sign
A coordinator confirms your pickup window and final price. You sign the agreement online and get a PDF copy with your signature and a time stamp.
- 03
Pickup to delivery
The driver inspects and photographs the vehicle with you at pickup. Your tracking link follows the truck. At delivery you inspect again and sign.
What you get
Included on every shipment
A checked carrier
Active operating authority, no out-of-service order, and cargo insurance on file, verified before they're allowed to book your load.
Live tracking link
See progress and the estimated arrival without calling anyone. If the truck is running late, we tell you before your window passes.
Photo inspections
Photos of every side at pickup and delivery, signed by you and the driver. Any change in condition is easy to see.
Paperwork on your phone
Agreement and invoice arrive by email. Review, sign and download them without printing anything.
No deposit to get a price
Pay a deposit only once a carrier is scheduled. The balance is due at delivery, with the amounts written in your agreement.
A person who knows your load
Your coordinator has the same shipment page you do: dates, documents, carrier and every update.

Common questions
How long does shipping take?
Under 500 miles usually takes 1 to 3 days after pickup. Cross-country moves take about 7 to 10 days. Pickup normally happens within a few days of your first available date.
Do I need to be there?
Someone 18 or older needs to be at pickup and delivery to walk around the vehicle with the driver and sign the inspection. It can be a friend or family member you name.
What if the truck can't reach my street?
Car carriers are long and heavy. If your street is narrow, low-clearance or restricted, you'll meet the driver at a nearby open lot. The driver calls ahead to set it up.
How do I know where my car is?
You get a tracking link once your vehicle is picked up. It shows progress along the route, the estimated arrival and each step. If the arrival is going to slip past your window, we tell you before it happens.
How should I prepare the car?
Wash it so damage is easy to see, take your own photos, remove toll tags and personal items, leave about a quarter tank of fuel, and turn off the alarm.
